About the role

Harris Teeter is seeking a Full Time Deli Bakery Management Assistant to assist in supervising up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department and support the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. You will help interview and train associates, plan, assign, and direct work, and assist in appraising performance while addressing complaints to resolve issues and improve service quality in a fast-paced store environment.
