About the role
Job Description
Order Picking & Packing:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
Verify orders against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy before shipment.
Stage completed orders for outbound shipping in a neat and organized manner.
Shipping & Receiving:
Process outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers.
Prepare shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and shipping labels.
Receive inbound freight, verify quantities against purchase orders, and enter inventory into the system.
Load and unload freight from delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
Wrap and secure palletized and non-palletized shipments for transport.
Warehouse Operations:
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Follow all OSHA, DOT, and Hazmat handling guidelines.
