We move fast, experiment often, and care deeply about building things the right way.About the RoleWe're looking for a Vibecoder / Systems Builder to help us design, build, and iterate on internal and enterprise applications using AI-first tools like Lovable and modern large language tools.This is a hands-on role for someone who is:Comfortable working with AI, not just talking about itCreative, curious, and free-thinkingExcited to help shape how an entire company uses technologyWhat You'll DoBuild and iterate on internal and client-facing tools using AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Lovable)Craft, test, and refine AI prompts for real enterprise use casesHelp support all technical needs across the company (apps, workflows, automations, tooling)Collaborate directly with leadership on rapid prototypes and new ideasAssist with security-minded architecture, access controls, and data handlingThink creatively about how AI can replace or enhance traditional software workflowsWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience using AI tools and prompt engineeringHands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, and/or Claude (preferred)Cybersecurity awareness or experience is highly valued (SOC-minded thinking, secure data handling, access control concepts)Coding experience is a plus, but not requiredComfortable learning quickly and operating with minimal hand-holdingCreative, independent thinker who enjoys experimentingCollege degree not required, but a plusNice to HaveExperience with No-code / low-code toolsAutomation platforms (Zapier, APIs, integrations)Internal tools or enterprise systemsPersonal or side projects involving AI or system buildingSecurity & ResponsibilityThis role will have access to client financial data and internal systems, so a strong sense of responsibility, security awareness, and discretion are essential.Potential Future RolesLead VibecoderAI Systems ArchitectInternal Tools or Platform LeadWe care more about capability and growth than rigid titles.
