About the role

R and J Hotshots is seeking drivers for a dually equipped with a 40 ft hotshot trailer. You will be on the road in a cycle of 2.5 weeks on, 4 days off, with tasks including tarping, changing and binding loads, and occasional scrapping. Pay is 25% of the load, with Fridays as paydays (roughly $3,000–$4,000 per week). Join a small operation focused on timely, secure delivery of hotshot freight.
