SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SERVICE SALES | REMOTE – US | $250K–$270K + 30% BONUS + EQUITYAre you a senior service sales leader with experience building and scaling service revenue across critical power, electrical infrastructure or mission-critical environments? My client is looking for a Senior Director of Service Sales to build and lead a new service sales function, driving growth across commissioning, maintenance, modernization, spares and lifecycle services.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and lead the service sales organisation
  • Develop and execute the overall service sales strategy
  • Drive growth across commissioning, modernization, maintenance, spares, training and lifecycle services
  • Build pipeline across installed-base, project pull-through and recurring service opportunities
  • Establish sales processes, CRM discipline, forecasting and performance governance
  • Own pricing, margin, quotas and commercial strategy
  • Lead strategic account planning and key customer relationships
  • Partner with Sales, Services Operations, Product, Project and Finance teams
  • Establish KPIs and performance management across the organisation
  • What They’re Looking For:10–15+ years of sales leadership experience within critical power, electrical infrastructure, industrial or mission-critical environments
  • Proven experience building or scaling a service sales organisation
  • Strong track record of growing service revenue
  • Understanding of MV/LV electrical distribution and lifecycle services
  • Experience across commissioning, maintenance, modernization/upgrades and aftermarket services
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience with CRM, pipeline management and forecasting
  • The Package:$250K–$270K Base Salary 30% Annual BonusEquity Eligible
