Now Hiring: Field Operations Superintendent – Industrial & Commercial Construction (New Orleans area)If you’d rather be in the field than behind a desk, this might be your spot. You’ll own day-to-day execution across multiple jobs – keeping crews productive, jobs supplied, and work moving safely and on schedule.
What you’ll do: (in real life):Visit multiple industrial/commercial jobs daily Coordinate foremen, crews, subs, and vendors Plan upcoming work so crews aren’t waiting on materials or info Troubleshoot field issues before they become delays Support roofing, plant maintenance, and general construction scopes You’re a fit if you: Have 5+ years commercial or industrial field experience Have managed multiple jobs or crews at the same time Know general construction means and methods (not just one trade)Communicate well with both crews and owners Have a valid driver’s license and can pass a drug/background check
