About the role

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a self-directed Sales Leader to drive HVAC sales and margins through our direct sales offices in the Boston area. Design strategies to grow annual sales and expand the customer base while leading a small team of Sales Engineers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience, with preference for an Engineering degree and MBA. Compensation includes a 117,500–234,500 USD annual salary plus incentives.
