We're partnering with a specialized global investment banking platform seeking a senior Metals & Mining banker to help expand and build its North American franchise. Selling Points: Opportunity to help build and grow a Metals & Mining franchise rather than simply manage an existing coverage book. Broad exposure across M&A, strategic advisory, debt, equity, private placements, and capital solutions. High degree of autonomy, client ownership, and visibility. Access to a global network of investors, capital providers, and industry relationships. Entrepreneurial culture with significantly less bureaucracy than many larger institutions.

Responsibilities:

Originate and lead M&A, financing, and strategic advisory engagements.
Develop relationships with CEOs, CFOs, boards, investors, and sponsors.
Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, refinancing initiatives, and strategic alternatives.
Lead transactions from pitch through closing.
Mentor junior bankers and help grow the practice.
