Senior Director, Data Licensing & Digital PartnersFull Time US Salary Range: $130,000.00 To $180,000.00 Annually Who We Are Path2Response combines an experienced team with evolving data sources, open-source technology, and leading-edge big data techniques to deliver improved marketing ROI for our client partners. We receive first-party retail transaction data and donor gift data directly from more than 1,200 participants. Our transformational cooperative data platform powers customer acquisition and retention in both offline and online channels, fostering a culture of relentless innovation and excellence. Position Overview The Senior Director, Data Licensing & Digital Partners is responsible for driving strategy and sales for the Path2Response digital offering. Our retail buyers license file includes first-party retail transaction data mapped to 34 buyer categories that we license to brands, agencies, and platform partners. We also license our first-party donor gift data tied to 18 nonprofit causes. Path2Linkage is a license offering of our high-quality transaction-based HEMs tied to name and postal. Path2Response has syndicated digital audiences based on first-party transaction data that we distribute via platform partners. We also offer custom digital audiences that we promote directly to brands and their digital agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for the GTM strategy to sell our license files to platforms, agencies, and brands. You will also support our digital audience platform partners, identify new partners, and support our relationships with agencies to drive usage of custom audiences. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in adtech and data. Experience working with ad tech platforms, agencies, and brands is key to success in this role, as well as working with our internal account teams that support our participants and brokers, and the product teams that build and support our digital solutions. Our data is unique, deterministic, people-based, and high quality. Your job is to make digital buyers and partners aware of our unique offering and drive revenue for these digital solutions. Strategy & Product Development: Drive the strategy, development, and growth of our core licensed data products, which currently include: Path2Linkage: A HEM-first, deterministic identity dataset linking hashed emails to names and postal addresses, designed to improve identity resolution in a digital-first ecosystem Path2RealBuyers: Deterministic, verified behavioral data used for retail, commerce, and CPG modeling and acquisition Path2RealDonors: Verified donation behavior data designed to help nonprofit and political fundraisers with acquisition and reactivation Digital Audience Expansion: Oversee the naming, development, and go-to-market execution for all digital audiences, potentially expanding upon the company's 400+ current audiences, while leveraging segmentation, scoring, and modeling Partnership & Client Management: Manage relationships with platform partners where Path2Response data and digital audiences can be monetized. Oversee client management for data partners licensing the data and conduct regular business reviews with key licensees Go-To-Market & Demand Generation: Lead go-to-market execution by applying a strong understanding of pricing strategies and how data is onboarded and activated. Market to media buyers and brands while generating demand through the coordination of sales development and marketing resources Sales Enablement: Coordinate the development of case studies, go-to-market presentations, and other digital collateral to support the sales and marketing strategy Financial Leadership: Hold Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for revenue and expenses attributed to the business, managing the product line to ensure a successful return on investment Key Metrics of Performance You will be measured on the following core objectives: Managing and reducing gross churn Acquisition of new customers that meet the company's growth goals What You Need to be Successful in This Role Strategic leadership capabilities with deep expertise in digital media, data-driven advertising, audience development, and partnerships A strong working understanding of use cases for licensed data products and monetization methods through digital audiences Experience in the development of proprietary data products, including segmentation, scoring, and modeling A working understanding of how data is onboarded and activated, along with a firm grasp of pricing strategies and go-to-market execution Experience required: at least five years in digital advertising and/or adtech working with data supporting agencies, brands, and platforms Location: Colorado is preferred, but the company also offers remote work Total Compensation Range: $130,000-$180,000 Benefits include: Medical, Dental and Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability, 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and matching program, Generous Paid Time Off Policy, and designated company holidays Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States Must live in one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, MD, MO, NC, NY, SC, TX, VA, WI Path2Response is an equal opportunity employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
