Talent Corps is seeking a motivated Market Recruiter to help connect qualified construction professionals with our clients’ workforce needs. What You’ll Do:
Find great talent: Source skilled tradespeople through outreach, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
Make the right match: Interview candidates and assess their experience, qualifications, and readiness for assignments.
Keep jobs moving: Coordinate placements and dispatch, making sure workers have the information they need to get started.
Build lasting relationships: Stay connected with candidates and maintain an active pool of available talent.
Work as a team: Partner with Sales and Operations to understand client needs and fill open positions.
Stay organized: Keep candidate records current and track recruiting activity, placements, and fill rates.
What You Bring:
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce management.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-through.
Confidence sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
The ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience using recruiting databases or applicant tracking systems.
Construction, skilled trades staffing, high-volume recruiting, or dispatch experience is a plus.
