What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months- A clear operating model for Buying and Purchasing Support, with defined ownership, KPIs, and decision rights.- Farm and supplier performance measured and actively managed through scorecards, business reviews, and corrective-action plans.- Earlier holiday and seasonal planning with documented capacity, sourcing, substitution, and logistics contingency plans.- Improved flower availability and fill rates, with fewer preventable disruptions, claims, and last-minute customer interventions.- Flower and freight costs proactively managed and optimized without compromising quality, reliability, or service.- Improved carrier performance and accountability.- Reliable leadership visibility into Supply Chain performance and risks through a practical KPI/dashboard cadence.- Bloom Brain effectively adopted and expanded within Supply Chain. Culture Fit You will succeed here if you combine structure with urgency: you anticipate problems, validate the facts, make decisions, communicate early, and build systems that keep the same issue from happening twice. You develop people rather than becoming the bottleneck. You model Fifty Flowers' AGILE values: Act with Fearless Innovation; Grow by Doing the Hard Things; Inspire Joy; Lead with Love and Care; and Evolve by Being Curious. Reporting Structure Reports to the Group President / Executive Leadership / CEO and works closely with Product & Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Sales, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, and Technology leadership. Direct team scope includes Buyers and Purchasing Support. If you are energized by building supplier partnerships, creating operational clarity, developing strong teams, and making a complex global perishable supply chain more reliable every day, we would love to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
