Role Overview:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales function, developing and executing the US enterprise sales strategy, and driving new business with large-scale merchants. This role requires a hands-on commercial leader with deep experience in payments and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals across the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team Develop and execute the US enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives Identify, engage, and close high-value partnerships with enterprise merchants Build relationships with senior decision-makers across major US businesses Drive go-to-market initiatives and expansion across key US verticals Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting Work closely with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive growth Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and innovation Candidate Profile 5+ years of B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, or payment technology Proven track record selling payment processing or related solutions to US enterprise merchants Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value enterprise deals Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and scale sales teams Deep understanding of the US payments and enterprise commerce landscape Established network of relationships across enterprise merchants and key decision-makers Excellent communication, negotiation, forecasting, and strategic planning skills Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset Must be based in the United States Comfortable working within a remote-first environment What’s on Offer$220,000–$250,000 USD base salary Performance-based compensation and incentives Fully remote, US-based working environment Significant leadership responsibility and autonomy Opportunity to shape and lead the company's US enterprise growth strategy Opportunity to work with some of the largest merchants and businesses in the market High-growth environment with strong exposure to the executive leadership team Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a global payments business If this opportunity aligns with your experience and interests, please apply.
