The Role: You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive medicine, acute care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity).Our integrated environment offers seamless care coordination alongside cardiologists and specialists for complex cardiovascular cases. You will also have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership to our care team and help shape the future of our practice.
Qualifications: Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Licensure: Active, unrestricted New York State medical license and DEA registration
Experience: 2+ years of outpatient/private practice experience preferred
