Field Working Foreman We are seeking an experienced Field Working Foreman to join our team in Reserve, Louisiana. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in the field, supervising a small crew, and completing a variety of industrial construction and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be able to take a crew into the field, lead the work, and complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities: Lead a small crew of helpers on field projects. Perform small steel erection jobs. Install and work on metal buildings. Perform general maintenance and repairs in a grain elevator environment. Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Assist with fabrication, fitting, installation, and repairs as needed. Troubleshoot issues and determine the best approach to complete field work. Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding job progress and needs.
Qualifications: Previous experience in steel erection, metal building installation, industrial maintenance, or similar field work. Experience leading or supervising a small crew preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work hands-on and lead by example. Comfortable working outdoors and in an industrial environment. Ability to use common hand and power tools. Ability to read basic drawings and take accurate measurements. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently. Mechanical and fabrication experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $30.00 $34.00 per hour
