About the role
Leading the actuarial practice for Core Commercial Lines, the full-time remote or hybrid Massachusetts Licensed Actuary will drive business strategy, oversee pricing sophistication and portfolio management, and provide counsel to senior management while ensuring profitability across all lines of business.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in strategy development and implementation for Core Commercial businesses
Monitor trends in profitability and results across the portfolio at a granular level
Collaborate with internal and external clients to establish and achieve corporate priorities and goals
Required qualifications:
Massachusetts Licensed Actuary
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experience in actuarial, data science, and portfolio management
Proven ability to influence decision-making at senior management levels
Strong background in financial budgeting and performance management
