About the role

Vice President of Business Development We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Business Development to help grow an established organization with a significant national presence. This role is for someone who knows how to develop relationships, create opportunities, negotiate deals, and generate revenue. We want a proven business developer who is comfortable picking up the phone, opening doors, meeting with decision-makers, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships.
What You'll Do: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners Develop relationships with executives, business owners, and industry leaders Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions Take opportunities from the initial conversation through closing Develop strategies for revenue growth and market expansion Grow existing relationships and identify additional business opportunities Work directly with senior leadership on new initiatives Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and industry events
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar revenue-producing roleA track record of developing new business and closing deals Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Confidence working with business owners and senior executivesA strong professional network and the ability to build new relationships Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Competitive, driven, and accountable for results Experience in franchising, consulting, professional services, or B2B sales is a plus, but not required
