The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage by leading and operationalizing strategic programs. This includes overseeing the end-to-end process of deploying, integrating, and optimizing these programs, as well as creating and maintaining performance frameworks to ensure their efficacy. The role demands a visionary healthcare strategist with a proven track record in commercial strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution, particularly in the context of independent primary care. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's in Business Administration, and at least 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy. The role requires deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the deployment of new capabilities within a healthcare enterprise, and a minimum of 8 years in a management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading high-performing teams, experience in evaluating and optimizing healthcare products, and a demonstrated initiative in AI and tech strategies.
