Role Overview: We're hiring Plumber Helpers who have experience in a hands-on, blue-collar job and are ready to start a career in the plumbing trade. No plumbing experience is required. If you've worked in construction, landscaping, warehousing, HVAC, roofing, manufacturing, or a similar field and you're ready to learn a skilled trade, we'll teach you. You'll support our plumbers on service calls, repairs, and installations while learning the trade hands-on from some of the best in the business.

What You'll Do:

Assist plumbers with cutting, assembling, and installing pipes
Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
Help with repairs such as leaks and clogged drains
Learn how fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and ejector pumps are installed and serviced
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job
Represent the company professionally with every customer

Requirements:

At least some experience in a blue-collar or hands-on role (construction, landscaping, warehouse, HVAC, roofing, manufacturing, etc.)No plumbing experience required. We'll train you
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Good physical condition and able to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Valid driver's license
