About the role
Hartford HealthCare at Home is seeking a QAPI Specialist to drive data-driven improvements in clinical documentation, patient safety, and outcomes. You will collect trends, generate reports, and lead performance improvement plans in partnership with clinical teams.
Requirements include:
CT licensure in the field, 3 years of certified home health experience, and strong analytical, educational, and communication skills. Some travel to branches nationwide is expected.
