About the role

I am working on an unposted need for Project Finance/Energy Infrastructure Associates for a V10 Firm's market leading team. The firm is open to associates at any level, preferably coming from another big firm. Excellent academic credentials required. This group represents parties on all sides of innovate energy and infrastructure finance transactions, of all kinds, across all stages of the asset life cycle. It represents sponsors, companies, and financial institutions across a vast away of corporate transactions. The group regularly advises on financings for conventional and alternative energy projects, power generation and storage assets, transmission lines, pipelines, storage and processing facilities, digital infrastructure, and much more. This is an opportunity to work on some of the largest, most complex, and newsworthy transactions of varying kinds in a broad group. A very established team, this need is due to growth and abundance of work. The group is very collegial, works across offices, and believes the training and substantive opportunity for associates is next to none. The firm offers top of the market compensation and bonus, and no billable requirements. If you're interested in learning more, please submit your resume here, or email me at alang@wegmanpartners.com

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
