Job Description: Our client is seeking an Investor Onboarding Associate to provide additional support during a busy period. This is a foundational opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential information and time-sensitive documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Review investor information and documentation for completeness and accuracy Evaluate trust, entity, and other complex documents for consistency and required information Verify investor qualifications and supporting documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines Maintain organized compliance records, tracking logs, and audit-ready documentation Work closely with internal teams to support timely and accurate investor onboarding Identify and identify complex or unusual documentation matters for additional review Provide occasional front desk coverage and general administrative support as needed
Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, customer support, or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with CRM or document management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to appropriately handle confidential information Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
