Location: Remote - Thousand Oaks, CAEmployment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)Contract Length: 8 months (possible extension)Compensation: $60/$69 per hour (based on experience)Summary of the RoleJoin a big biopharma leader as a Technology Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Manager specializing in organizational change management and communications. In this fully remote position, you will develop and deliver impactful change management and communications strategies that drive technology transformation across the organization. You will consult cross-functional product teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute organizational change management and communications strategies for technology initiativesLead projects and consult with product teams on successful change adoption practicesDraft, review, and send targeted content and communications related to technology change plansCreate and maintain comprehensive communication and enablement plansCollaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and objectivesAnalyze stakeholder feedback and recommend agile adjustments to change strategiesIdentify potential business disruptions, assess their impacts, and propose mitigation tacticsLeverage Microsoft Office tools to create and deliver materials supporting change managementRequired Experience & SkillsMore than five years of experience in organizational change management and communicationsDemonstrated skills in developing actionable, targeted communication and enablement strategiesProven problem-solving skills with ability to offer practical solutionsExperience working in dynamic, fast-changing environmentsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookTop 3 Must Have SkillsDemonstrated Change Management Skills with targeted communication and enablement planningSkilled problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve complex issuesAbility to navigate and adapt to rapidly changing prioritiesDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and execute communication and enablement plansMeet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align and deliver on objectivesDraft and distribute content supporting change initiativesAnalyze feedback to refine and update change strategiesAnticipate and mitigate potential disruptions to project goalsBasic QualificationsDoctorate degree OR Master's degree and 4 years Change Management and Communications experienceBachelor's degree and 5 years of Change Management and Communications experienceAssociate's degree and 8 years of Change Management and Communications experienceHigh school diploma / GED and 10 years of Change Management and Communications experienceThis posting is for Contingent Worker, not an FTE
