About the role
Actalent is seeking an Estimator to develop accurate estimates and compelling proposals for commercial construction projects in the Louisville area. The role requires analyzing plans, specs, and take-offs, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and using Bluebeam and MS Office to produce detailed documents. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in conceptual budgeting, read blueprints, and manage multiple estimates in a fast-paced environment.
