About the role

Experienced Press Brake Operator Classification: Non-exempt Schedule: 10-hour days, Monday Thursday. Overtime as needed. Competitive wages and benefits. $2500 sign-on bonus!
Job Summary: An operator sets up and operates brake press to produce high quality products that are bent correctly.
Responsibilities: Responsible for operations, proving programs, operating controls, and setting all machines functions to bend the parts. Must provide inspection of parts to assure conformance will be required. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Skills: Must be able to work from drawings, reading and understanding specifications to determine dimensions of finished product. Organize work area before and after parts are processed to eliminate double handling and work efficiency, while bending the product correctly. Able to calculate, blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical requirements: May have to lift up to 100 lbs. with help.
