About the role
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our North American Legal team in Denver. You will support franchise operations, manage legal documents, and assist with corporate and regulatory matters in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Development, Finance, Risk, and outside counsel. Hybrid work arrangement offered.
