About the role

Pelican is hiring a Sales Engineering Manager in Torrance, CA. You will lead development of custom protective packaging solutions, partnering with customers and internal teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver manufacturable packaging that protects valuable equipment. You’ll serve as the technical lead across multiple programs, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.
