About the role
Airswift is seeking a seasoned leader to head FPSO onshore construction and offshore execution, including fabrication, integration, sail-away, and pre-commissioning support. You will ensure constructability, readiness, and safety while delivering projects on schedule and within budget. You will oversee hull/topsides construction, offshore installation, and complex interfaces across multiple yards and contractors, driving performance, risk mitigation, and contractor management on a global scale.
