Role Summary
Position: Customer Relations
Works With: Purchasing, Credit, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Senior Leadership
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, M-F 8 am to 5 pm with one hour lunch
Location: On Site - Billings
Compensation: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact existing customers on a regular schedule to obtain weekly orders. Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with assigned customers. Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers regarding order needs, product availability, substitutions, or other concerns. Identify opportunities to increase sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products. Communicate promotions, new products, and other relevant information to customers. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, delivery, and other departments to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate customer information and documentation. Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor ordering patterns and follow up with customers whose purchasing activity has declined or changed.
