About the role
To support customer engagement initiatives, the full-time Outbound Coordinator will manage outreach efforts, coordinate communication strategies, and track client interactions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage and execute outbound communication strategies to engage clients effectively
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and outreach goals
Track and analyze client interactions to improve outreach effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or client engagement roles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
