About the role

Our Client, a leading player in the dairy industry, is actively seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to oversee and enhance their operational processes. In this role, the Director of Operations will collaborate closely with the President to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team comprising production supervisors and maintenance staff, to achieve operational excellence across various key areas.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the President to facilitate the ongoing operations of the business. Lead and inspire a team of production supervisors and maintenance staff to optimize operational efficiency. Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity. Regularly evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders. Provide strategic direction in critical areas such as safety, quality, sanitation, cost management, and customer service. Drive initiatives to improve performance across all operational facets in alignment with business targets and growth objectives.
