About the role

Pinnacle Partners is working to fill an Executive Administrative Assistant position.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments. Help organize the CEO’s priorities and daily workflow. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials. Take and distribute meeting notes and minutes. Research and gather information for reports, presentations, and projects. Coordinate communication with internal teams and external contacts. Help manage office procedures and administrative processes. Draft emails, memos, and other communications. Review presentations, reports, and other documents. Assist with social media and special projects as needed. Monitor priorities when the CEO is out of the office. Provide general administrative and operational support.
Requirements: Previous Executive Assistant or similar administrative experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in healthcare, IT, engineering, or a similar industry is a plus. Project management experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
