Job Overview:
BKON is hiring for our production team! We are seeking a dependable Cellar Worker to support the operations of our coffee manufacturing facility. The Cellar Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the production and packaging of liquid coffee. This position is ideal for someone looking to either enter or exit the beer/brewery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in a high-paced environment Grind coffee beans Filter and package coffee concentrate Operate a variety of equipment including a centrifuge and reverse osmosis system Assist with brewing and other tasks as neededCIP tanks and equipment Follow all company safety, quality, and food manufacturing procedures Required Skills/
Qualifications:
At least 1 year in a brewery, food/beverage manufacturing facility, or similar preferred Some knowledge of CIP and COP procedures Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education High school diploma or equivalent required Forklift Certification preferred
