This position supports a newly awarded contract, with work expected to begin in early 2027.
What You'll Do: Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results Ensure compliance with contract and security standards Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance Assess current and future foreign lethal/non-lethal weapon systems, including capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, proliferation, and impact to U.S./Coalition forces. What You BringActive minimum TS/SCI clearance Experience supporting government or DoD programs Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with weapons intelligence; missile/air-defense knowledge; all-source analysis; technical assessment; analytic writing Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs Agile, cloud, or modernization experience Background in process improvement or analytical services Strong knowledge of order of battle; proliferation; production analysis; threat forecasting; acquisition support Compensation & Benefits At Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
