Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Mailing Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will help run mail insertion, folding, and inkjet addressing equipment. No prior machine experience is required; we provide full on-the-job training for quick learners with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Operate Equipment: Load paper, envelopes, and inserts into mail-processing and folding machines. Monitor Quality: Check finished mail pieces for errors, missing pages, or misalignments. Troubleshoot: Clear basic paper jams and perform minor adjustments to keep machines running. Sort and Pack: Place finished mail into trays or sleeves following U.S. Postal Service (USPS) guidelines. Maintain Workspace: Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
Qualifications & Requirements: Physical Ability: Stand for long shifts and lift up to 45 pounds safely. Attention to Detail: Verify numbers, names, and mailing lists for accuracy. Reliability: Show up on time and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
