Product Support Representative Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 75 years of experience servicing the northeastern US. With 18 locations throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, we pride ourselves on providing best-in-class sales and support to over 15,000 hardworking customers. The Product Support Representative (PSR) is an experienced OUTSIDE PARTS SALES representative in the heavy equipment industry. You will be required to establish long-lasting customer relationships, all while offering the customer parts and service support in order to make Monroe Tractor their one-stop shop for all their equipment needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment Strong mechanical aptitude: an understanding of how machines work and can speak the language of technicians and operators Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and basic Microsoft Office applicationsA valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an assigned territory by visiting customers on-site, understanding their operations, and identifying opportunities for parts sales Develop strong, consultative relationships with equipment owners, fleet managers, and service teams Proactively identify and recommend parts and service solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, process orders, resolve product/customer concerns, and schedule timely deliveries Track sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software
