About the role
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst will work remotely to conduct assessments, train parents, and collaborate with a team of clinicians while meeting billable hour requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Manage case management for children ages 2-18 with autism spectrum disorders
Conduct data collection and complete intake assessments using Central Reach
Provide mentorship and training for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAsRequired qualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's Degree in a relevant field
Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
Demonstrated passion for client success
Proven leadership skills
