About the role
To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Used Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative will assist customers with pre and post-purchase inquiries, manage inbound and outbound sales support communications, and coordinate with various departments while working remotely after an initial training period.
Key responsibilities
Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving concerns and executing communication protocols
Handle rental sales processes through inbound calls and outbound solicitations to generate leads
Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to maintain rental truck inventory levels
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
At least one year of experience in sales and/or customer service is required
