About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining a marketing strategy that effectively ties brand building to revenue, with a focus on driving fast brand exposure and measurable sales ROI.This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that marketing efforts are in line with the technical and commercial aspects of the business. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with leading and growing a small marketing team, structuring it for maximum impact, and fostering a culture of ownership and professional development. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years' in a leadership role, and a proven track record of taking a consumer brand from early awareness to real demand. Experience in marketing high-consideration, physical products with long sales cycles, and a background in direct-to-consumer marketing are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the RV, outdoor, automotive, EV, or premium hardware industries, and experience in building an owner community into an advocacy engine. The role demands a leader who is not only adept at running the marketing playbook but is also capable of supporting the commercial line and driving qualified demand in partnership with the sales team.
