Wispr Flow is seeking a role focused on building the verification and evaluation layer for its AI-driven agents. You will create end-to-end loops to determine when work is complete and develop robust testing environments that transform failures and human feedback into durable signals. You will improve how context, instructions, skills, and memory are delivered to agents, and monitor production-system performance, adoption, and impact across the fleet.
