Location: Conroe, TX 77306
Shift: Third Shift — 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday-Saturday
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

We are currently hiring Third Shift Assembly Workers for immediate openings in Conroe, TX. This position is responsible for assembling products and components while following established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining daily production goals. Report defective materials, equipment issues, and quality concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Package completed products for shipment as needed. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
