Home Chef is seeking a Research and Development Chef I to conceive and create new recipes for the Home Chef menu, a kitchen-centric role working cross-functionally across the department.
Responsibilities include developing accessible, tasty meals within cost and nutrition constraints, evaluating customer feedback, collaborating with the recipe development and photography teams, and participating in weekly culinary meetings. Travel is 0–10%.
