About the role

Intapp is the governed AI platform for professional firms in highly regulated industries - purpose-built for the specialized workflows and compliance requirements of accounting, consulting, investment banking, legal, private capital, and real assets firms. We work with the world’s leading firms to help partners, dealmakers, and advisors drive growth, manage compliance, and improve profitability. What You'll Do: Drive high customer retention and loyalty by managing ongoing needs, assessing renewal health, and proactively addressing obstacles that create renewal risk. Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally while working with key accounts to establish critical goals, performance indicators, and measurable outcomes that ensure clients achieve success. Identify and develop upsell opportunities while nurturing customers toward advocacy, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to surface client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Utilize CRM and customer success tools to design and execute targeted outreach campaigns - monthly, quarterly, and annually - focused on driving adoption, minimizing churn, and growing Intapp's footprint. Champion customer engagement by promoting participation in Intapp Communities and encouraging use of available knowledge base and online support resources to maximize client value. What You'll Need: 7+ years of customer-facing experience in Client Success, Sales, Account Management, or Project Management - ideally within legal tech, enterprise software, or professional services technology. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outcomes that drive software adoption and long-term retention. Deep aptitude for understanding complex solution sets and the business problems they solve - with the ability to quickly learn Intapp's platform and translate technical capabilities into meaningful value for law firms and legal departments. Hands-on experience driving software implementation and adoption best practices, with the technical acumen to grasp customer use cases, architectural requirements, and the operational workflows common in legal environments. Proficiency with CRM systems and the organizational discipline to manage both proactive client engagement and reactive support needs effectively across a dynamic, fast-paced book of business. What you will gain: At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You’ll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that’s connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We’ll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork. Here, you will have the opportunity to: Expand Your Skills: Unlock your potential with professional development opportunities supported by a community of experienced professionals. We offer reimbursement for training and continuing education to help you stay ahead in your career. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
