About the role
Wings Event Center in Kalamazoo, MI seeks an Event Management Intern to gain hands-on experience across the full event lifecycle—from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
You will work with the Special Events team, coordinate with Food & Beverage, Engineering, Set Up, Security, Ticket Office, Marketing, vendors, and clients, and learn event systems and layouts. This role offers growth as Kalamazoo opens a new venue.
