Dematic is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our North America Engineering team in Wauwatosa, WI. The role focuses on structural analysis, steel and rack design, and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and project teams. The ideal candidate will hold a PE license, have 8+ years in structural engineering (industrial steel structures or racking), and can lead initiatives from concept through installation while mentoring others.
