A senior, high-travel role blending strategy, communications and convening.The position involves serving as a trusted strategic partner to the Founder/CEO, managing engagement with their global network of leaders and influencers across business, philanthropy, and culture.Core responsibilitiesNetwork coordination with accomplished global leaders.Designing and executing exclusive high-end events and gatherings.Executive communications, speech preparation, and representation.Supporting philanthropic and social-impact initiatives.Cross-organisational collaboration and strategic alignment.Travel accompaniment to major events and meetings.Administrative and staff leadership.Requirements15+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.Demonstrated ability engaging senior leaders internationally.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Event planning and global convening experience.Strategic thinking and project management capabilities.Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international).BA/BS minimum; MBA preferred; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
