About the role

Important to save us both time: At the bottom of the post I put application requirements. Please read it as I don't look at Linkedin submissions. We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Media Buyer to help us grow in a fast paced environment. There's a great opportunity to make good money and be part of a solid team. We're performance marketers, so if you like learning quickly, adapting to ai tools, and being measured by your success as performance is very black and white, this is the perfect environment. In your role, you’ll research new angles, write direct-response scripts, guide our video editors, launch and scale campaigns, and ultimately own performance and profitability on your specified platform(s) and vertical(s).You’ll have support from our video editors for creative production, allowing you to focus on the highest-impact scripts and angles and media-buying decisions. This is not a standalone copywriting, video-production, or creative-strategy role. You must have experience personally buying media and scaling paid campaigns as this is where you'll spend a ton of time. What you’ll own Performance and growth across two to three verticals Campaign launches, optimization, budget allocation, and scaling Competitor, customer, market, and ad-library research New angles, hooks, offers, and direct-response scripts Creative briefs and collaboration with video editors Testing plans, performance analysis, and creative iterations The entire process from initial concept to profitable scale You may be a strong fit if you Have significant hands-on paid social media buying experience Have experience with affiliate marketing or ecommerce campaigns with large budgets Have personally launched, managed, and scaled campaigns Can write persuasive direct-response scripts Use performance data to determine what to test next Have experience with Meta, You Tube, and Tik Tok
What we offer: Competitive base compensation Potential for uncapped performance commission Ownership of two to three core verticals An established team of video editors Significant control over creative strategy, budgets, and growth Good work environment and lots of flexibility To apply, please connect with me on Linked In (Daniel Maman with Lead Gen Team) and send brief answers to these questions. Feel free to send your answers in a google doc since space is limited on the connect: Which platforms have you personally bought media on? What is the most you’ve managed in monthly ad spend? Have you owned a vertical or offer from idea to profitable scale, including writing scripts and working with video editors? If you have a winning campaign, how much are you scaling budgets by every day (please give me a percentage) and from the creative perspective, what are you looking at to be able to continue to scale and test iterations What are you working on now? What is your ecomm or affiliate experience? What should we know about you, and why do you think you’d be a strong fit?

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
