Local sales company seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble and wire remote controls and electrical components for winches and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have assembly or wiring experience, basic electrical knowledge, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Assemble remote controls, wiring harnesses, and electrical components. Wire components according to diagrams and specifications. Use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and other assembly tools. Test completed assemblies for proper operation. Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Follow work orders, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements: Previous assembly, electrical, or wiring experience preferred. Experience using hand tools and working with small components. Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections. Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good hand-eye coordination. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
