WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Simpli.fi is hiring highly qualified and motivated Account Coordinators for its Client Success team located in Fort Worth, Texas. Ideal candidates will possess strong organization, communication, time management, and analytical skills. Account Coordinators are responsible for supporting Campaign Managers in delivering exceptional service, facilitating client onboarding, maintaining clear internal and external communication, and assisting in the seamless execution and reporting of digital ad campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Assist Campaign Managers in proactively building and managing new and existing relationships with clients Support day-to-day client communication (email, phone, and Slack), meeting response-time and SLA expectations Understand each client's day-to-day operations, communication preferences, and reporting requirements Analyze campaign performance data and provide client-facing interpretation and strategic suggestions for next steps Suggest and help implement campaign optimizations at the frequency needed to achieve client goals Demonstrate proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools, including the UI reporting suite and Looker Coordinate with Campaign Managers, the Implementation team, and other internal teams to keep campaign execution moving efficiently Escalate necessary or time-sensitive client information to the Campaign Manager in a timely manner Understand each client's growth plan and product adoption goals, along with the specific plans to reach them Acquire and maintain a high-level knowledge of up-to-date practices and strategies in the management of online media Support teammates with workload during downtime, and know when a task falls under another team's purview and escalate appropriatelyWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE: Bachelor's Degree Online advertising exposure or experience Knowledge of the online advertising industry, industry participants, trends and technologies Excellent communication and organization skills with a demonstrated history in client satisfaction Highly motivated to excel with a strong work ethic and initiative Strong ethical values Resourceful, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with client contacts Flexibility in work availabilityWORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS:Awesome company environment and benefits with a great management team.
