Maintenance Technician Concordia at SpiriTrust – Gettysburg is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and equipment in a timely and professional manner Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, outlets, and fixtures Maintain heating, ventilation, plumbing, and refrigeration systems Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections including pest control and upkeep Repair doors, locks, windows, walls, and other building components Monitor and assist with fire alarm and safety systems Complete painting, carpentry, landscaping, and general maintenance projects What We're Looking For in a Maintenance Technician: Previous maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Experience using hand and power tools safely Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day High school diploma or GED required HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology, or related certification preferred CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification is a plus Why Join Concordia?
