About the role

We're a consumer products company that owns and manages a portfolio of nationally recognized brands, and we're aiming to reach $500 million in revenue this year. Our products cover e-mobility, consumer electronics, outdoor power equipment, lawn and garden, cleaning and more, with global operations. We're looking for a Digital Designer to create high-quality visual assets across e-commerce, digital marketing, and campaign channels. You'll support the development of digital campaigns, emails, website content, landing pages, PDP imagery, and Amazon A+ content. You combine strong visual design skills with an understanding of e-commerce and product storytelling! You'll translate product features, promotional messaging, and campaign objectives into clear, compelling creative that drives engagement and conversion. That means working closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams, moving quickly across channels, and keeping every asset on-brand and consistent.
Key Responsibilities: Design campaign assets including digital ads, social graphics, and web banners, working with marketing on campaign planning and execution. Design and build email campaigns in Klaviyo, from layout through final execution. Create graphics, banners, and landing-page layouts for Shopjoe.com and campaign pages. Create and update product images for Amazon, Shopjoe.com, and major retailer websites. Design Amazon A+ content, brand stores, and enhanced content layouts. Translate product features, promotional messaging, and campaign goals into clear visuals that combine imagery, text, icons, and structured messaging. Composite, retouch, and optimize product and lifestyle imagery for clarity and performance. Use AI tools to generate and enhance imagery, speed up asset creation, and streamline production workflows. Build, apply, and extend templates and design systems to support consistent, scalable production. Resize and adapt assets across formats, placements, and platforms while meeting brand and platform standards, and keep asset libraries and file systems organized.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or marketing design. Strong portfolio demonstrating both campaign work and e-commerce/PDP or Amazon content. Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual communication. Ability to structure content effectively for product storytelling. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
